20th July, Round 4, August 3rd has been
Postponed. Unfortunately the new track is far from being complete and
with licensing for the new track taking around 4 weeks to be issued we had
no chance of being ready for the 3rd of August. If you can spare a few hours

13th July,
Mark and Linda Mitchell have resigned from Maclean Dirt Bike Club.
Their positions of Club Secretary and Club Treasurer will be available for
active club members as with all the roles within the club such as President
and Vice President etc. AGM 30th July, Maclean Bowling Club from 7pm
The 4th round on the 3rd of August may not be run due to the track
redevelopment. Club President Colin James has now taken over from Mark M as
Track Coordinator. With help from Mark Rogers, Bill Burke and Dan Hicks they
have all come up with a great looking track (see left).
We desperately need volunteers to come out to the track and help with new
fencing, Tyre walls, concreting start gates etc

'Club Information'
The Maclean Dirt Bike Club
will conduct 7 Club Championship rounds of motocross in 2008.
We cater for all riders from 50cc Under 7 through to Open
Age. New riders are always welcome to come out on race days and watch before
trying their own hand at the thrill that is
Motocross. Maclean Dirt Bike Club also hosts a round of the
North Coast MX
series which is an incorporated 4 club event.
Maclean
Motorcycle Park
has excellent FREE spectator viewing, canteen and toilet facilities.
Plus we have huge parking and pits area.
Club
and Committee meetings are held each month at the Maclean Bowling
club. All members are welcome to come along and get involved, it's
always good to get more input on topics from club members rather than
just the committee.
Flaggies Wanted. Aged of 16? Know
how to wave a flag? Want a $50 reimbursement for your expenses? The
duties are simple with Flag Marshalling but we need lots of them and
finding volunteers has proven to difficult in the past. So if you
